Below you will find our reservation policies as well as specific pet information. For reservations, you may check availability by visiting our online reservation system or you may simply contact us via our site.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are refundable if cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to arrival date. A $35.00 bookkeeping fee is retained for returned deposits.

Check In/Check Out:
Room availability cannot be assured until after 3:00 pm. However, if cottage is ready it's yours! Check out time is 10:30 am.

Requests/Reservation:
In the event that a particular room type is not available, the Innkeepers reserve the right to place you in the most similar accommodations available. We understand that your special requests are also very important to you and we will do our best to accommodate them. The BOOTHBAY RESORT packages are available on a limited time basis and advance reservations and deposits are required.

Pet Policy:

We are happy to offer your pets a free place to sit, stay and play with your family in 2008! Certain cottages apply. Please advise us at time of booking if you want to bring your pet with you, prior authorization is needed. For example, type and number of pet(s), up to date vaccinations, etc.

*We accept those of you who bring your pets on vacation with the purpose of vacationing with your pets. We do not allow people who intend to bring their pets simply to avoid boarding them. We are not a boarding house for pets. If you need to board your pet you can try “2nd Home kennel” at 207-633-7984.
* Also at time of booking let us know if you are in need of a crate. We have a limited number of crates for rent if you are unable to bring your own.
*We do encourage you to walk, play, and enjoy your pet on our spacious grounds so long as they are in full control and are not allowed to interfere or invade our other guests areas.
*Leash your pet(s) at all times for the safety of your pet and others.
*Just as you would want a clean, fur free room to stay in, so do others. We ask you to take the simple steps necessary to keep your pet off the furniture and bedding.
*As proud as you are about your certain breed of pet, the myth that certain animals don’t shed hair is just that, a myth. Even humans shed,… sometimes worse than a pet!! LOL
*We can always provide flat sheets for your pets, although we prefer them to stay off all the furniture. There are some people that are highly allergic to pet dander.
*CLEAN UP YOUR PET'S WASTE.
*No pets allowed in the Laundry, Breakfast, Office, or the Pool area.
*Be courteous of all of the guests. Some people are afraid or allergic to pets.

Memorial Day Weekend in Boothbay



There is nothing more American than our small town memorial day parades! We want you to come and join us in honoring our local veterans. We honor all who have sacrificed for our freedom by having several parades throughout our community starting in Newagen at 8am on the 26th of May. Just a short walk down Chapel street from the resort is the Boothbay Common which is having their Memorial Day arts and crafts show on both Saturday and Sunday. Come stay with us for two nights and get the third night FREE.

A great golf getaway right here on the Maine Coast! And better yet come stay and play with us and leave your bulky clubs at home. FREE courtesy rental clubs for guests of the Boothbay Resort. And great greens fee deals now thru June 18th.

Vintage House Wine and Cheese Grand Re-opening!



On May 22nd come and see our newly renovated Vintage House! Our selections of cheeses, wines, ales, lagers, and meads have a new home with much better displays and space. After a winter of sill to roof revitalizing the 1828 homestead is looking much more herself with all new vintage windows, siding and a covered porch. Quite a transformation back to the historic era of the 1800's. Our first wine tasting is Saturday May 24th from 12-6pm. Everything in the shop will be 10% off, if your a veteran get 20% off.
P.S. We will have on display what historic treasures we found in the walls and attic, which will include coins and other related items dating from as far back as 1855! A must see!

Pool Pavilion with Hot tub is constructed!



YES!!! It's done and looking sharp I might add. With a full length of 60 feet there's plenty of room for the whole gang. The Hot Tub is in place and toasty warm at 103* It has a perfect pool side view so you can watch the kids and relax at the same time. The fresh white cedar deck is kid friendly Ah,... the smell of fresh cut cedar! The open rafters are freshly sawn spruce and hemlock straight from the Mitchell boys own sawmill. Some of the logs came right from the property, perhaps right from where you new cottage is now sitting!

NEW "GREEN" POOL HEATER BEING INSTALLED


Our new solar pool heater is on its way and will be soon installed to heat our pool this summer
